Alright so... basically what happened was, he somehow had a very bad dehydration that killed him, and so his body slowly began to deteriorate. But then, under circumstances he became mummified, and gained some new powers. His powers lie within a scepter he was buried with, it allows him to change his size, raise the dead, manipulate sand, and create sandstorms. At the moment, he's currently at home since well he manipulated sand to get there..
