Surina

Surina is an earth pony who lived in the outskirts of Fillydelphia before she went to their jail. Her talent is ice sculpting but usually she forms ice into certain shapes used for killing, so.. she's kinda murderous. However she's learning to calm down, she just has an unidentified disorder.
